MIGHTY MITES SOCCER PROGRAM is an instructional program is a non-competitive program for boys and girls 4 and 5 years of age as of September 1, 2016. Offered in the Winter, Spring & Fall seasons. The program will concentrate on proper ball handling and kicking skills and will feature small balls, small goals, and short fields. Shin guards and soccer shoes are required.

MIGHTY MITES SOCCER CAMP This camp will be held at the DuPont Soccer Complex. Mighty Mites Soccer Camp is a 5-day camp offered to boys and girls ages 4-5 as of September 1, 2017. Campers will work on fundamentals of dribbling and passing, ball control, goal shooting, offense/defense drills and small sided games.
::: Shin guards and soccer shoes are required. Please bring a beverage (preferably water) to drink. Pre-registration is required and camp size is limited.
TINYTOTS SOCCER PROGRAM is a 5-week long program for 3 year olds as of September 1, 2016. This parent/child program is a way to introduce kids to soccer and movement skills in a fun learning environment. Parent participation is required.
TINYTOTS SOCCER CAMP (this camp is held periodically throughout the year during summer and winter seasons) is a 4-day camp for boys and girls who are 3 years old (as of the first day of the camp). This parent/child program is a great way to introduce kids to the TinyTots Soccer program. Parent participation is required.
Lisa Mann, our TinyTots & Mighty Mites program and camp director, has been involved with kids sports and fitness programs for the last 17+ years and was the former director of the soccer program at the YMCA. She is the Head Coach of our Mighty Mites Soccer, TinyTots Soccer and Mighty Mites Basketball programs.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES | Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation is looking for High School students to volunteer for Mighty Mites Soccer & Basketball Classes for 4 & 5 year olds. Students will be assisting the children in stations which involve dribbling, passing, footwork, ball handling skills, offense/defense drills, & small sided games, in either soccer or basketball. Must enjoy working with young children.
High School students ages 14 & up can earn community service hours while committing to work for Soccer (Saturday mornings from 9am-12pm or 10am-12pm at Dupont Soccer Field in Spring Mills ) or Basketball (Thursday evening from 5:30pm-6:30pm or 6:30pm-7:30pm at Eagle School Intermediate ).
