Pop, Country & Light Jazz Concerts are scheduled by Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation and begin at 7pm. We will try to hold concerts rain or shine. In the case of extreme inclement weather, cancellations will be announced on the following radio stations: FM95.9, FM97.5, AM1340, AM740 |
