SUMMER PLAYGROUND PROGRAM (6 weeks)

The 2009 Summer Playground Program will begin on June 15, 2009 and end July 24, 2009. Playground hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Children 6 to 12 years of age are eligible for this program. Participants are required to bring $2.00 each day they attend.

Hedgesville Elementary • War Memorial Park
Eagle School Intermediate
Potomack Intermediate • Mill Creek Intermediate

The Parks & Recreation Summer Playground staff will provide activities at the playground sites. Children will be transported by Berkeley County school buses several times a week for swimming, bowling, roller skating, and planned special activities. Fees will be charged for field trips, swimming, etc., and visits to other recreational facilities. These fees will be indicated on weekly schedules posted below and handed out at the sites.
Frequency of attendance is at the discretion of the parent/guardian.  Transportation to and from the sites and a bag lunch are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Parents must be prompt in picking up their children at 3:00PM. Before and after care is not available for this program.

Pre-registration IS NOT required . . . just sign up the first day the child attends!
