Typically they are held one evening a week, 45 minutes to 1 hour in length and are held at North Middle School field. Players stick, mouth guard and goggles are required to participate. Clinics will educate players on lacrosse fundamentals. Focus will be made on catching, throwing, cradling, shooting, and learning the rules of the game. Clinic directors are coaches of the Panhandle Pride Lacrosse League. Fee ranges $50-65 per player.
