Overview

In this 3-day program, kids will participate in a variety of activities to improve motor skills and hand/eye coordination including running, throwing, jumping, obstacle courses, hula hoops, mini hurdles, tennis balls, agility and balance challenges, and fun games.

Lisa Mann has worked with kid’s sports and fitness programs for the last 17+ years. She is the former basketball coach & Physical Education Teacher for the Banner School in Frederick, MD and is the Head Coach of our Mighty Mites Basketball and Soccer programs.
