Birthday Party Information
Online Booking Instructions:
- Account Registration
- Select the facility you would like your party to be in
- Select your date to view what is reserved. Available times do not show. (assigned time slots are in package information below)
- Reserve now
- Log in and confirm contact information
- Click your package
- Select your date and time (enter 30 kids if you’re not sure) and continue to pay.
Payment: We require full payment upon the booking of your party, this includes a non-refundable $100 deposit fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: If you would need to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately. If a family member suffers from a highly contagious illness or life inconvenience (i.e. lice, pink eye, ring worm, etc) we will work with you the best we can to reschedule your party. A partial refund will be given if we can’t reschedule
NEW DECORATION POLICY EFFECTIVE ON JAN 1 OF 2023. NO HANGING DECORATIONS NOR CONFETTI WILL BE PERMITTED. This includes tape or any other hanging tool is allowed to be used. This includes any hanging décor from the ceiling.
Provided: Staff to ensure your party goes smoothly (Staff is solely responsible for the safety of your children and guests. They are not responsible for decorating and serving food), tables, chairs, music, full size refrigerators, and carts aid you in bringing in materials for your party.
Not Provided: tablecloths, serving ware (e.i. plates, napkins, silverware etc), or food (you may bring in food of your choosing)
Recommended tips and tricks: Serve finger foods or easily servable foods like pizza slices and cupcakes, bring your own tape, scissors, or other hanging aides to use for decorations. You are not permitted to move our decor or damage the walls.
Waiver: Every person, small or large, young or old needs to have a waiver to enter our facility. Our check in process can be extensive if your guests don’t do waiver ahead of time. It could prolong your party starting on time. Please encourage all of your guests to do waivers ahead of time. If a child gets dropped off and doesn’t have a waiver, he/she will not be permitted into our gymnasium. Waivers can be found by clicking HERE

Main Wing Package A – $210
When booking online select Main Wing Parties, then Main Wing 1.5hrs.
- 90 minutes ( 1 hour in the gym, 30 minutes in the party room – gym time must come first)
- up to 30 children (our party rooms can’t handle more than 30 children, additional guests can’t be added)
- Parents are not counted as guests, hence they won’t have seating if you have the maximum number of children
- Wing – Main wing (Is the wing with the inground foam pits and trampolines, Please see pictures below)
- Party room – parent viewing room
- 5 standard rectangle tables & 30 chairs
- Arrival time: you can arrive 15 minutes prior to your party for decor and set up
- Departure time: You must be out of your party room promptly at the end of your time booked
- Additional features included are: glow light package by request, nerf gun package by request
