Our Staff
The Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation Board has nineteen full-time staff members and a part-time/seasonal staff of over 200. We have over 1000 coaches and volunteers throughout the year that give their time to help our youth! Below is a list of our Administrative Staff and their contact information:

Below are the scheduled dates of the M-BC Parks & Recreation Board Meetings for the 2025 calendar year.
These meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at 11:30am at the Berkeley 2000 Recreation Center (unless otherwise advised). Any changes to meeting date, time or location will be announced.
