BIRTHDAY PARTY INFORMATION

Online Booking Instructions: (*Note additional important information, the ‘do’s and don’ts’ for your party, and what to expect is provided during the booking process as well as included on your email receipt confirmation after check-out.)

  1. Log in to your account HERE
  2. Go to Facilities.  Using the filter drop down options select: Berkeley 2ooo Recreation Center, the party package(s) you are interested in, and then the month you wish to search.  Here you can view the calendar to see booked spots. 
  3. To BOOK, click orange ‘Reserve Now’ button
  4. Gymnastics Parties
  5. Verify Information
  6. Choose your party package, date, time, finish, and pay.

**Everyone attending the party will be required to fill out a waiver.  This can be completed HERE.

Main Wing / Two-Hour Party with Parent Observation Room – $265

  • What’s included:

    • 2hours (1.5 hours in the gym, 30 minutes in the party room – gym time must come first) 
    • up to 30 children (our party rooms can’t handle more than 30 children, additional guests can’t be added)
      • Parents are not counted as guests; hence they won’t have seating if you have the maximum number of children
    • Wing – main wing is the gym with the inground foam pits
    • Party room: Parent Viewing Room
    • 5 standard rectangle tables and 30 chairs
    • Arrival time: you can arrive 15 minutes prior to your party for decor and set up
    • Departure time: You must be out of your party room promptly at the end of your time booked
    • Additional features included: glow light package by request, nerf gun package by request

Main Wing / Two-Hour Party with Small Dance Studio – $265

  • What’s included:

    • 2 hours (1.5 hours in the gym, 30 minutes in the party room – gym time must come first) 
    • Up to 30 children (our party rooms can’t handle more than 30 children; additional guests can’t be added)
      • Parents are not counted as guests; hence they won’t have seating if you have the maximum number of children
    • Wing – main wing is the gym with the in-ground foam pits
    • 5 standard rectangle tables and 30 chairs
    • Arrival time: you can arrive 15 minutes prior to your party for decor and set up
    • Departure time: You must be out of your party room promptly at the end of your time booked
    • Additional features available: glow light package by request, nerf gun package by request

Marshall Mason Wing / 90-Minute Party – $215

  • What’s included:

    • 90 minutes ( 1 hour in the gym and 30 minutes in the party room; gym time must come first)
    • up to 30 children
      • Parents are not counted as guests; hence they won’t have seating if you have the maximum number of children
    • Wing – Marshall Mason Wing is the toddler wing with the above ground trampolines. There are NOT pits in this wing.
    • Party Room – Marshall Mason Wing Lobby
    • 5 standard rectangle tables and 30 chairs
    • Arrival time: you can arrive 15 minutes prior to your party for decor and set up
    • Departure time: You must be out of your party room promptly at the end of your time booked
    • Additional features available: laser light or inflatable package by request
