The Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation board are always looking for volunteers, donations, and coaching in leagues. IN THE PARKS

We welcome and appreciate community individuals, groups, organizations or businesses who would like to take part in improvement projects such as weeding and trimming, trail maintenance, painting or general clean-up throughout our park system. There are also annual events, such as the United Way Day of Caring which we can help coordinate your participation. If you would like to get more information or schedule a volunteer date, please contact our Maintenance Supervisor at 304-264-4842.

COACHING

We are always looking for dedicated and positive role models to assist with our programs, leagues, and events. We have various opportunities available throughout the year to help make a difference in our community. If you are looking to donate some of your time, please reach out to us and we would be happy guide you through the process. Volunteering with the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation in a coaching or interactive role requires a background check. This can be easily done through SecureVolunteer.
